Ang Thong National Marine Park consists of 42 islands and is a safe haven for many species of Asian mammals, reptiles and birds. This stunningly beautiful and protected park area spans over 102 square kilometres and is located between the mainland and the islands of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.

After you arrive at our marina, you will be welcomed aboard by our multilingual crew, who will teach you about the safety procedures, facilities and perks of our fabulous vessel. A hot breakfast will be served while you dream of the day and destination ahead. Relax on the decks as we glide majestically towards the park. Feel free to mingle with fellow passengers or just relax in a shady spot and take in the extraordinary surroundings. The park will soon come into view and your sense of wonder will undoubtedly increase. Koh Wu Ta Lab island houses the visitor centre, and its highest point offers an unmatched panoramic view over all of Ang Thong’s islands and the surrounding gulf.

Upon arrival to the park, take a quick dip in the gulf before heading onshore. We’ll lay anchor first at Koh Mae Koh, home of the park’s most famous point Talay Nai, also known as the Emerald Lake, whose tranquil waters reflect the sunlight in countless shades of green. Originally, it was a giant cavern, until the ceiling collapsed and made way for this saltwater lake connected to the sea by tunnels that appears to be straight out of a fantasy. Your ship will lay anchor and wait as you are transported to the island to visit this unique island.

As we drift towards Wua Talab, enjoy the rest of the day as you please. Take another dip in the clear waters near this island, or simply relax on the sand as you perfect your tan. You may also choose to stay on the boat and enjoy some quiet time lazing around and savouring everything that nature has put in front of you.

Our trip ends with our expert crew taking you back to shore as you view the stunning sunset on this majestic cruise of a lifetime. This day tour should definitely be part of your Thai to-dos when you plan your exciting adventures in Koh Samui. With its calm water and beautifully mysterious islands, the Ang Thong Marine Park invites you to discover its hidden treasures and be inspired by its unique beauty.

  • The best spot to place yourself is on the lounger at the stern next to the helm. You have a view of your complete surroundings from this spot.
  • There are also comfortable padded daybeds on the sundeck and at the covered deck, an open air dining area and fully equipped bathrooms.
  • The boat is limited to 30 people so there’s plenty of room to move around the deck and it never feels overcrowded.
  • The undeveloped and protected islands serve as a wildlife sanctuary, so keep your camera handy for photos from this spot. Stay alert! If you’re lucky, you might see a dolphin, whale, turtle, iguana, boar, monkey or python in the wild at any moment.
